Beauty Bites - How achieve better looking skin

Holly Foubister, aesthetic therapist at Kirkwood Fyfe shares another Beauty Bites video. Here is how to achieve better looking skin.

You have naturally 80-90% excess skin all over your body, which is effectively dead. If you do not exfoliate the dead skin cells, you will clog your pores. However, this problem is easily solved by simply exfoliating twice a week.

There are two ways in which you can exfoliate; manually or chemically. The Manual method can be done using a body brush, or your hands. Alternatively the chemical approach would involve using our range of specialised products that help achieve great results.

Top tip: make sure you don't rub until you are raw, not the look we would imagine you would be going for.

Beauty Bites - How to help prevent fine lines and wrinkles

Holly Foubister, aesthetic therapist at Kirkwood Fyfe giving you a Beauty Bite on how to help prevent fine lines and wrinkles around your eyes.

It doesn't matter what age you are, there are always the pressures to maintain younger looking skin. Many of our patients are conscious of getting wrinkles around their eyes or on the general facial area. In this Beauty Bite, Holly shares tips on how to prevent this. People often make the mistake of using facial moisturisers around the eye area, however the molecules are actually too large to be absorbed around this delicate area.

Using the correct eye gel, or cream for the bone area around your eyes, you can help prevent fine lines or wrinkles.

If you have any questions regarding any of the tips or products mentioned above, please "Like" our Facebook page and follow us on Twitter, simply post a message to us, and a member of our team will get back to you.
